Leather helmet body in perfect form with firm stitching. No extra holes. Exterior finish bright. Front plate is the Prussian Civil Official eagle with monogram on breast. Cross spike base with fluted spike topped by a ball. One half rounded chinscales on rosettes. Single Prussian cockade. The interior of he has black dyed leather liner. Leather liner seems never has been worn. The interior of visors is natural leather. Mint and original Imperial German era helmet. Beautiful piece. Bargain priced.
