Prussian 6th Kurassier Enlisted Pickelhaube Model 1915

Prussian Field Gray Kurassier EM Model 1915 marked "6 C".. Another "Barn Find" from the Parker Collection. Rod Parker was an advanced Imperial WWI era Collector from the 1960's through 2000. He lived on the family ranch in rural Texas. Rod died suddenly in 2000. Sadly, his family put much of his collection in the barn outside the family home for over 20 years. We have a lot of stories. Ask us sometime when we meet up at a show. This helmet is one of many. The M1915 helmet body is in excellent shape but the surface show oxidation due to exposure to the elements. Missing spike, liner, cockades and chinstrap. We can tell that Rod had it in his collection because of the "6 C" marking which we feel is evidence of the 6th Kurassier Regt. This would be a great item for a collector who has the time and ability to restore the helmet. Bargain priced
