Saxon Infantry Fähnrich/Officers Aspirant Pickelhaube

Beautiful black lacquered leather helmet body with no flaws. Visors are still firmly stitched and body is in near mint condition with great form. Fire gilt trim with large size Officers Starburst and center Saxon Officers Silver Wappen. The plate is mounted to helmet with two screws/nuts. No extra holes. Tall Gold officers spike that unscrews mounted on a round base and maintained by round screw brads

Officer set of Flat chinscales maintained by split rosettes over a set of nicely detailed Reichs and Saxon Cockades (see picture). The inside of the helmet has the full officer lining with brown calfskin and beige/white silk. Visors are the brown type underneath. An extremely nice quality helmet made for an Officer Aspirant as only few changes brought it to full officer.
