Württemberg 19th Uhlan Regiment Enlisted Tschapka

Named and Regimentally issued. RARE

Wurttemberg 19h Enlisted Tschapka with field badge and parade Rabatte, EM plume and Cords circa 1909. Beautiful black lacquered leather body with silver frontplate and gold chinscales. The helmet has excellent form with all leather mortar board and proper turned down front visor. Visor stitching in firm condition. The exterior lacquer is in excellent to near mint condition and still has nice sheen. No extra holes in the helmet body as the plate is fixed with the original leather wedges.

Black leather mortar board is in mint condition and has proper Enlisted wodd fixture for parade cords. The helmet interior is in fine checkered black leather with the original drawstring in MINT condition. Liner Stamped inside: "BA.XIII" - "5.Escadron" - "1909". Inside the Mortar board named to: "Gefreiter Kaupp 5. Escadron Ulanen Regt. 19 König Karl/1. Württemberg".

The silver front plate is the small Uhlan sized Württemberg coat of arms left in untouched state. Original rounded gold convex chinscales on M1891 posts and original Reichs cockade. The field badge is made of silver bullion cording with black edging and red center. This ensemble is in amazing condition. All original, untouched and in excellent plus to near mint condition. Rare find in today's marketplace.
