Prussian Artillery Enlisted Man for Line Regiments Model 1915. Black lacquered helmet body with field gray trim. Helmet body has fine form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer has a very good finish. The helmet interior thin black leather lining with 9 flaps is complete and in good condition. No markings noted inside helmet or visors. No extra holes in the helmet body. The frontplate is the Prussian Line Regiments eagle, held by the two original leather wedges. Enlisted style artillery ball top that twists off at base. Leather chinstrap on posts. Chinstrap has been repaired - broken leather but it is well done. Enlisted Reich and Prussian cockades. Nice solid wartime helmet.
