Württemberg Model 1915 Enlisted Infantry Pickelhaube - MINT

Württemberg Infantry Regiment - Enlisted Mans helmet Model 1915. Black lacquered leather helmet body with field gray metal trim. Helmet body has perfect form and fine stitching. Exterior lacquer has a beautiful sheen and no cracks or damage. The interior of helmet has the undyed EM style leather liner that is still soft. Inner visors are natural colored. Inside shell are the Makers Stamp dated "1918" and "53" for size. We assume the this helmet was never issued and mostly likely was to be used for the victory parade at the end of WW1!

The frontplate is the Württemberg wappen in field gray. Frontplate is held to helmet with original leather wedges. All metal trim including base/spike, back spine, side lugs and front visor trim are gray phosphate color.  Original leather chinstrap and Reich and State cockades. This helmet is 100% original and untouched. Great WWI era helmet. Outstanding helmet that is in absolute MINT condition.
