Leib Garde Hussar Pelzmutze (Busby) - Black "Ersatz" woolen seal skin (looks like genuine seal fur, but is a replacement material between the typical seal skin and Fur) exterior cylindrical headgear with a rigid cane interior support and Offciers style leather and Silk Liner. Leather with some tear and wear, but silk remains in excellent condition
Gilt brass Garde star to front that is the multi-piece construction type. Nice fire gilting remaing. Star is attached to Busby with the two original split brads. curved, mounted style brass chinscales on M/1891 posts; NCO style round National cockade (white ring painted) and unique NCO style field badge; white wool caplines currently plaited in dismounted configuration. A red busby bag (kolpak) hangs from the left side.
