Baden 20 -22nd Dragoner Officers Pickelhaube

Baden Dragoon Regiments (20,21 and 22) Officer Model 1897. Black lacquered leather helmet body with silver trim. MINT Helmet body has excellent form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer still smooth with beautiful finish and absoluteley no flaws or cracks. Interior has officer sweat leather and silk headliner in perfect condition with no tears. Silk headliner is near prefect. Interior visors are red and green as appropriate for officer. No extra holes in helmet body.

Metal trim is beautiful silver that has never been cleaned or polished. Crossed spike base with removable "extra tall" spike secured by gilt officer stars. Front plate is the Baden Griffen with the "Mitt Gott F. Fuerst U. Vaterland" bandeau. The Baden plate left deep marks in the helmet body Rounded gold chinscales with silver rosettes. Officer 2-piece Reichs and single piece non-serrated Baden cockades. Extremely rare find in today's market place. Absolutely 100% Original and Untouched helmet.
