German Steel Helmet "Stahlhelm" of the Model 1917

Near Mint condition. rarely seen so nice!
M1917 Model steel helmet. Classic second pattern German Steel "Coal Scuttle" helmet from 1916/17 type. No dents to be found on the helmet bell. Exterior color is dark green. No rusting of damage noted. Complete with M1917 3 pad liner on steel band. Pads still retain interior horse-hair filling. Chinstrap lugs but and rarely found original chinstrap. Stamp mark inside of helmet "Si 66" (or close to...see picture). Another "Doughboy" Souvenir from the Great War. Overall fine piece of WW1.
