Prussian Line Infantry Regiments Enlisted Man Model 1895. From the John Mann collection. Black lacquered leather helmet body with polished brass trim. The helmet body has excellent form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer shows age but is in fine condition. The interior of the helmet has black EM leather liner. Inner visors natural colored leather. Markings inside back visor are not legible.

No extra holes in the helmet body. Front plate is the Prussian Line Eagle that is attached to helmet with original leather wedges. The trim including base/spike retains polished sheen. Brass brads at base of helmet. The spike is not removable. Original leather chinstrap. Prussian and Reichs cockades. This helmet appears to be all original and untouched. Nice original helmet that shows genuine use and wear. Great WWI era Prussian helmet. Bargain priced.
