100% Original Plate
Original plate for the 94th Infantry Regiment Enlisted man. The Prussian Heraldic Eagle plate with "FUERST" bandeau is in stamped brass with the Silver Star and Saxe Weimar "Wappen" in its center. Note that teh wappen differs from the more common duchies by the Laurels Leaves and Oak leaves surrounding the Saxon center. The Star is attached to plate trough two punched holes and two screws retaining the center part. Both screw that hold the plate to the helmet present but only one nut. Distance between center screws approx. 82mm.
