Prussian Staats Beamte Epaulets in General Rank

Prussian Circa 1890. Large epaulettes with finely fluted gold fields and Gold Bullion moons. Hand-embroidered Prussian coat of arms applied to the center, dark blue/black cloth backing - some minor damage to the edge of the cloth on one (see picture). Brown/Beige leather surrounding with remnants of etiquettes or newspaper. Overall condition excellent to near mint, just a little dirty
