Prussian Felt Ersatz Uhlan Tschapka

Green Pressed felt (Filz) helmet body in excellent to Mint shape and condition with no tears. All trim is in German silver including the Prussian line eagle frontplate with the vaterland bandeau. Plate and helmet belong together (see pictures) as we have gently removed the original leather wedges to get a picture of the mounting holes etc...
Inside helmet has a black dyied leather liner in excellent overall condition as it remains supple with firm stitching. Mortar board fixture has been left and untouched and is completetely original to helmet. Front visoe has remnants of what looks like wearer's name and inside shell is stamped with the "BeckleidungsAmt" of the Army Corps "XVIII" which corresponds to the 6th Uhlan Regiment from Thuringen.
Original silver mounted leather strap and NCO type Reichs Cockade. An extremely hard to find Tschapka, guaranteed 100% original as described.
