Prussian Enlisted Garde Jäger Shako

Beautiful black lacquered leather shako in excellent condition near mint! Silver garde frontplate with the "SUUM CUIQUE" center of the black eagle order. Plate is fixed to shako by two metal loops and retained with the original leather wedges. No extra holes. M1891 tombac brass lugs with an original leather strap and tombac fixtures. Manschafts Reichs Cockade on the right side of Shako.

Original Feldzeichen in Prussian Colors (see close-up pictures). Inside has the black dyed leather lining in excellent to mint condition with extra supple leather. teh bottom of the shako has the "Wunderlich Berlin" makers stamp along with "1913" and the "K.B.G" stamp for the Kriegs BekleidungsAmt Garde. A flawless shako that will be hard to upgrade.
