Württemberg Field Artillery NCO Pickelhaube

Württemberg Field Artillery Regiment Model 1895 "Eigenthums Helm". Black lacquered leather helmet body in near mint condition with beautiful fire gilt trim. Helmet body has perfect form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer is mint with some minor storage marks to back visor. Interior of helmet is of Officers grade with sweat leather and beige silk headliner complete in excellent condition just "dirty/dusty". Red and Green colored underlays to visors.

No extra holes in helmet body. Front plate is the Württemberg fire gilt Wappen with about 95% of it original finish. The trim including base & Ball Top retains most of its fire gilting. Gold brads at base of helmet (one missing). Balltop is removable. A beautiful set of gilt convex chinscales over Prussian and Reichs NCO cockades completes this helmet. 100% original and untouched.
