Wartime field gray cloth with red band, red piping and leather chinstrap. Hat has soft wartime form. Fine quality wartime cloth that is in excellent shape and retains it bright colors. Wool body has no moth nips. Interior has complete wartime leather sweatband that is in good shape with some wear. Inside has the name part torn out with remnant of lettering.
