Prussian Artillery Helmet Shell with Ball Top

Black lacquered leather body in excellent shape and minor crazing. Brass trim. Inside black lining in excellent + condition and very supple. Back visor marked to the "F.A.R.42" or Field Artillery Regt. 42.

Helmet shell comes with an original Ball top that needs some TLC as it is sunken in on the top (see pictures) and three original retaining brads. Missing the Eagle frontplate, Strap and Cocardes. Sold as Is.
