Set includes Oberstabsarzt Dr. Julius Schülers Reserve Officers Pickelhaube (About mint!), two Pictures of him in uniform holding that same helmet and an "Ehres-Urkunde" that he acquired later in 1939 for his 75th Birthday.

Helmet shell is the Depaheag black fiber body in absolute pristine condition. Front and rear visor firmly stitched and of Officers grade. Gilt Brass fittings with the Hessen Lion front plate, which retains about 95% of its original fire gilding. Front plate bears the Silver Reserve cross with Fuerst Motto. No Extra or enlarged holes this plate and helmet always came together. 

Gilt convex chinscales over Reich and Hessen Officers Cockades. Hessen type Officers cross base without Perlring with a Tall fluted Spike that unscrews for a parade bush. Back spine of the officers model. Inside has the Calfskin and green silk lining. Some tears in the silk part otherwise in fair to excellent condition.

This set also includes the Wearers framed pictures (2) and the “Ehren-Urkunde” for the Doctor that was mailed to him in July 1939 by the “Krieger Kameradschaft in Bischofsheim”.

A beautiful set along with an rare Helmet, in absolute untouched condition straight from private purchase.
