Beautiful and stone Mint ensemble from a Baden "Reserve" Regimental Medical Doctor. Black lacquered leather helmet in mint condition with no crazing to lacquer. Firmly stitched visors colored red and green inside. Tall removable gilt spike over round base maintained by 4 stars. ALL GILTING with PERFECT MATCH. The Front plate is the Baden Griffin with 100% or its original gilt frosting. In its center the silver Baden reserve cross with the "Mit Gott für Fuerst und Vaterland" devise. Inside helmet is untouched and bearly worn with Calfskin and Silk lining in mint condition. The manufacturing (or issue) date of 12.09.1912 is stamped in ink inside bell along with the wearer's name penciled inside in Sütterlin. 

Gilt rounded chinscales (specific to Train or Medical doctors) maintained by a set of Rosettes. Officers Reichs and Baden Cockade.

Along with the helmet came the wartime helmet cover for officers (pictured) with the gentlemans Set of Epauletten with red underlay, Purple Silk top with One Pip (OberLeutnant) and the The Rod of Asclepius symbol. Both Epaulettes came in their original box with paper underlay. The Also part of the lot is the Officers Belt with Purple piping and 100% gilt Frosting. Note the belt has the "Arzt" buckle specific to Medical Doctors also used in the Prussian Army.
