Baden 110th Grenadier Officers to Parade Pickelhaube

Baden 110th Grenadier Regiment (2nd Baden Grenadier Regiment - Kaiser Wilhelm I) Officer Model 1895 with White Yak hair parade bush. Black lacquered leather helmet body with fire gilt trim. Helmet body has perfect form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer is flawless in excellent condition. Interior of helmet has Luxux sweat leather with ribbon and light tan silk headliner (see photo). Inside leather helmet bell is a paper tag stating "Seine Konigliche Hoheit Grossherzog Friedrich von Baden" (see photos).

We cannot clarify the tag but it has been in the helmet for a long time. No extra holes in helmet body. Front plate is the fine fire gilded Baden Griffen. All trim including base & spike retains most of its fire gilting. Gold stars at base of helmet. Spike is removed and there is mounted a white Yak hair parade plumed mounted on the tall gilded trichter. Beautiful Gold chinscales on rosettes. Special non-seratted Baden and serrated Reichs cockades. This helmet is 100% original and untouched. Great WWI era elite Regiment Officers helmet.
