Wurttemberg Field Artillery "Private Purchase" Pickelhaube

Württemberg Field Artillery Regiment 13 private purchase NCO M1892 with Red Parade bush for Musician. Black lacquered leather helmet body with bright brass trim. Exterior lacquer finish in near MINT condition. Helmet body has perfect form with firm stitching.  No extra holes in the helmet body.  All metal trim is matching in color. The front plate is the classic Wurttemberg frontplate. Round Spike base maintained by 4 round brads and removable top. In place of the artillery ball top is a full red hair plume for Musician.  Inside liner is a black dyed old style flat tabbed officers leather liner. Plane unvented back spine for Field Artillery. Inside the helmet bell is handwritten by wearer, “WFAR 13   illegible first name  Kuis  V Batterie". A set of convex chinscales maintained by NCO style screw rosettes over the Reich and State Cockades. This helmet is garanteed 100% original to period.  A beautiful and Rare helmet.
