All valuations, assessments, appraisals and identifications should be
considered approximate. |

By standard mail
- Print and fill out the form below, or send a description of the
item you are submitting for appraisal, including its general condition,
marks and signatures if any, signs and traces of repair or restoration,
cracks and known history should be included.
- Enclose as many pictures as possible of your item, such as front
and back views, close-up of signature and marks if any.
- The method of payment (personal check or money order) and your
address and phone number, so we can contact you if we need additional
information on your item.
